At Vivah Bazaar, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:
Cancellations are allowed only before the service is confirmed by the vendor.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation requests will depend on the vendor’s individual policy.
Some vendors may charge a cancellation fee or deduct a percentage from the advance payment.
If a vendor is unable to provide the booked service, the full advance amount will be refunded to the customer within 7–10 business days.
Vivah Bazaar may also assist in arranging an alternative service provider (subject to availability).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
The timeline for refunds may vary depending on the bank/payment gateway policies.
Service fees/transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If the service has already been delivered/initiated.
If the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the service time, unless the vendor allows otherwise.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
